A more than simple recipe, with 4 ingredients, fast and good. I often do it at dinner when I don't feel like cooking or as a garnish for steaks, snacks, meatballs. I wouldn't have posted it but I always find this recipe with the addition of flour / starch on the net, and I don't understand why, as long as the potato is so rich in starch.
- 7-8 new potatoes (1kg)
- 3-400 gr of sour cream
- a tablespoon of butter
- green dill
- salt
- optional - cheeses

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Potatoes with sour cream and dill:
This time I used new potatoes, the preparation is very good.
I washed and peeled the potatoes. I cut them into 4 and boiled them in salted water.
When they were well cooked, I drained all the water, added sour cream, butter, freshly chopped dill, and put the pan back on the fire.
With a spoon I mixed lightly, circularly, just enough to close some of the potatoes, without completely caring or making puree or paste, but only to thicken the sauce formed.
Simple, ready! :))
Optionally you can add fine cheeses. I added goat cheese.
