RECIPE PREPARATION Marinated chicken meatballs:

Fry the meatballs, then prepare the sauce: put 1 large onion, finely chopped, then add the paprika, flour and tomato juice. Mix with a fork and put water over the prepared rantas. Chicken Breast Meatballs-Ingredients

500 gr chopped chicken breast
an onion
2 slices of bread
an egg
3-4 cloves of garlic
salt
pepper
green parsley
thyme
oil

Chicken breast meatballs-Preparation

Over the chicken, add the finely chopped onion, the well drained bread after soaking it in cold water, the egg, the finely crushed garlic and the finely chopped parsley.
Mix well the whole composition and season with salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
Heat the oil in a pan, form small spheres and fry over medium heat.
Remove on paper towels and serve as such cold or hot.
