RECIPE PREPARATION Novac fillets on citrus bed with caper sauce:

The citrus fruits are washed, cleaned and sliced. The apples are washed and their backs are removed with a special device, and then they are sliced ​​like citrus fruits. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Season the fillet with salt, pepper and olive oil. In a special bowl for cooking the fish, place the fruits and vegetables, over which put the fish with the skin down, then sprinkle again with a little olive oil, add the washed garlic cloves, but leave in the shell. Cover the pan with the lid, then cook in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes on low heat. After this interval, put the lid aside and bake for 5-10 minutes to brown.
