Mix all the necessary ingredients for the meatballs with a little warm water, using a fork, then with your hands form small balls of the desired size.
Pour enough oil into a pan to fry the meatballs. Cook until lightly browned, then remove on paper towels.
Discard the oil used for frying, but do not clean the pan. In the same pan, pour a little olive oil, then add the onion and sauté for 5-10 minutes, until it becomes glassy.
Add the easy to cook for 1 minute. Add the wine and leave on high heat for 3 minutes, until all the alcohol has evaporated. Add the tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper.
Place the meatballs back in the pan, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked inside.
Spaghetti is cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Serve with sauce, meatballs, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
