I really didn't know what to expect from the salty muffins I tried for the first time on New Year's Eve (although I told myself that on big days I don't try anything for the first time). and they were also very delicious. The recipe is from Julie's cook. At Christmas it would go great with red and green peppers. I used frozen green peppers.
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 cup flour (I used a 200 ml cup)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 5 slices of ham
- 1 green pepper
- 100 gr olives
- 4 tablespoons oil
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer muffins:
Mix eggs with milk. Add flour and baking powder and mix gently. Add the oil, sliced ham, pepper and olives. Don't forget salt and pepper. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean. They are good and cold and warm and finish quickly!
I didn't know how to tell them that I made a recipe two by one. I was inspired a bit by the recipes on the site, especially from Salmida.
The ingredients are the same except that at the end I divided the composition in two and made different combinations of fillings.
300 g of flour (I put another spoon when I saw that I could barely get the composition for 10 shapes and I also filled it with 2 tablespoons of yogurt))
200 ml yogurt
2 teaspoons baking powder
half a teaspoon of salt
30 g of ham
30 g feta
6 cheese cubes

I mixed the liquid ingredients.

I then put flour mixed with salt and baking powder.

I put dough in six shapes but only 2/3 of the shape then I placed the cheese cubes

I put another teaspoon of the composition and sprinkled sesame seeds.
In the rest of the composition I put finely chopped feta, ham and parsley.

It is put in shapes and with a sigh I managed to fill 5 shapes

Next time I will make a little more composition, maybe I will put 250ml of yogurt and depending on how the mixture is presented, I will also add flour.
They were very good and they went very fast.
