Making muffins with mozzarella and tomatoes:

Step 1: prepare the flour mixture.

Step 6: prepare the tomatoes.

We spread the tomatoes in a deep bowl and fill the container with very hot water so that the liquid completely covers the vegetables. After 10 minutes drain the water, and put the tomatoes on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut off the back of the component and after that - with our hands we easily remove the peel. After that, chop the tomatoes into small pieces, about the size of 0.5-0.7 centimeters in length and in width. Shake the finely chopped vegetable in a clean plate.

Step 7: prepare the basil.

Wash basil branches under running warm water. Slightly shaking off the ingredient from excess liquid, transfer the greens to a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the component and after - transfer it to a free plate.

Step 8: prepare muffins with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Add crushed mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and basil greens to the muffin dough. Salt and pepper the mass to taste, since the cheese is quite fresh and without a very pronounced aroma and taste.
