Steamed Broccoli Ingredients

Steaming broccoli:

Step 1: Divide the broccoli head into inflorescences.

Take the head of broccoli. Rinse thoroughly under running water. After that, dry it. With a sharp knife, carefully cut the base of the cabbage stem and divide the broccoli into inflorescences.

Step 2: Steam the broccoli.

Broccoli inflorescences need to be put on the upper level of a double boiler. If you do not have a double boiler, then you need to pick up one third of the pan of water, put it on the fire, bring it to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum. Put broccoli in a colander, which must be placed on a pot of water. Cover this whole composition with a lid. Cooked broccoli for a couple of 7 minutes.

Step 3: Cooking garlic and lemon dressing for broccoli.

Peel and rinse 2 cloves of garlic. Lemon is also thoroughly washed and promoted. On a fine grater, wipe the peel of the lemon, thereby obtaining a little lemon zest. Cut the rest of the lemon and squeeze the juice out of it into a bowl or glass. Pour olive oil into the pan and heat it. Squeeze the garlic into the boiling oil through a press and mix. Step 4: Serve the broccoli steamed.
