Making a milkshake with vodka:

As soon as the protein has completely drained out, transfer our hands to the second bowl, separate the shell and release the yolk.

Step 2: beat the cocktail.

Next, take a plastic container (bowl). We transfer the protein there very carefully, while making as few unnecessary movements as possible. When we add sugar to proteins - the total mass becomes more dense and very stable. You need to start whipping egg whites very slowly, but then you should gradually increase the speed of whipping. Next, we continue to beat the egg white to the desired state of soft peaks. Then, when the proteins are already in the state we need, we begin to introduce sugar. Sugar is always introduced a little bit (1 spoon) in a container for proteins, while the main thing is not to stop and continue to whip the protein. During 3-4 minutes You will get a dense and smooth mass. Next, gently pour the yolk previously mixed in the bowl onto the sides of the bowl. We continue to whisk everything with a whisk 2-3 minutes. After that, pour cold boiled milk into a bowl in a thin stream. In this case, do not stop and stop whipping. Then, in the same way, pour vodka into the cocktail and continue to whisk 1-2 minutes. If you can’t work for a long time with a whisk, don’t despair, you can just use a blender or mixer.
