Step 2: knead the dough.

Put the creamy sugar mass in a deep bowl with a spoon. There we add the egg, sour cream, vegetable oil, baking soda and a pinch of salt. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed with a mixer or hand whisk until smooth. And only at the end, carefully pour the flour so that there are no lumps in the dough. At the same time, we interfere with the inventory at hand. We roll up the ball from the resulting dough and put it on 30 minutes in the fridge. By the way, if it is convenient for you to form the dough on the kitchen table - calmly lay it on a flour dusted surface.

Step 3: prepare the filling for the cookies.

While the dough is cooling, prepare an orange filling. To do this, on a cutting board with a knife, cut the fruit into four parts and remove the seeds from it. After that, orange slices must be crushed. There are two options. The first and easiest is to use a blender. Put the slices in it, pour the starch and 160 grams of sugar and in turbo mode we turn our components into a sweet gruel. The second option is to take a meat grinder and grind slices of orange several times in a bowl. After the first scrolling, pour the mixture into the opening of the inventory with a spoon and scroll again. And after that we add sugar and starch. With a spoon, or a mixer, or a whisk, we mix all the ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 4: working with the test.

The filling is ready, and the dough has already cooled. Now cut it into two parts of the same size. And now, one by one, we roll out a rolling pin on the kitchen table, sprinkled with flour, each of the pieces of dough. We try to make it as thin as possible and in the shape of a rectangle.

Step 5: Form the Orange Tenderness Cookies

And now we spread the orange filling on the test layer with a spoon, leveling it evenly along all edges. Turn the dough into a roll with your hands and gently turn it with the seam down. We do the same with another test rectangle. We cut each roll into slices with a knife to make cookies.

The cookies are almost done! We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread our blanks on top of it. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to a temperature - 180 ° C. Put a baking tray with a dish for 15 minutes.
