Cooking tortilla from Spain:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We wash the chicken eggs with a soapy solution. Follow this simple rule, and no harmful bacteria are afraid of you! Vegetables also need to be washed, though with ordinary running water to get rid of dust and possible dirt. Then they need to be chopped as follows - peel the potatoes with a sharp knife, and then cut it into thin plates on a cutting board. The method of slicing does not play a special role, so if you prefer another option, use it. Put chopped potatoes in a plate. Peel the onion and finely chop on the same cutting board. We do the same with garlic, though if you like to crush garlic rather than chop, you can use a garlic squeezer. We cut the bell pepper in half and remove the core with the seeds, and then cut it into small cubes. We also cut the tomatoes into cubes and put them on a plate. Shake greens after washing several times to get rid of excess moisture, and then finely chop on a cutting board. Open a can of corn and pour water from it. We need only half a can, so the remaining half can be eaten during cooking or used for other dishes.

Step 2: Fry the tortilla vegetables.

Pour a small amount of olive oil into a deep pan. For lack of it, you can use sunflower, but in the Mediterranean cuisine only olive is used. This is more useful and gives the dish a peculiar aftertaste. We send chopped potatoes into a heated frying pan, and fry it until half cooked for about 10 minutes. The potato should become a little soft and rosy. After that, add chopped onions and garlic to the pan, and fry with the potatoes, stirring constantly. After 4-5 minutes, we add cubes of pepper and tomatoes to our delicious trio. Remember to mix the ingredients again. Fry with tortilla for another 5 minutes, add corn, salt and favorite spices. Relate one more time!

Step 3: Beat the tortilla eggs.

There is also nothing complicated. Break eggs into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt and finely chopped greens. We pick up a fork or a whisk and begin to whip the mixture to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Step 4: Cooking with tortilla from Spain.

We turn on the oven to preheat it to 200 degrees and wait until it heats up. Add beaten eggs to the pan with vegetables, DO NOT mix! We remove the frying pan into the oven so that the tortilla is baked completely. It will take 3-5 minutes - watch for the readiness of the dish so that the tortilla does not burn. When the dish is ready, turn off the oven and set the table.

Step 5: Serve the tortilla from Spain.

The dish can be served both hot and cold. Cut off a piece from it and put it on portioned flat plates. Amazingly delicious, isn't it? Enjoy your meal!
