Milk jams are obtained from sweetened condensed milk, and I prepare it according to the method very well explained here by Florin. From the resulting quantity, stop 100 grams for the roll, with the rest you can do your head: P

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then gradually add the sugar and continue to mix the egg whites until they become like a meringue (or almost). Incorporate the yolks, mixing lightly, then the flour mixed with the baking powder in movements from bottom to top with a spatula.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, line a 25 / 35cm tray with baking paper, pour the cake composition, and when the oven is hot, put the tray in the oven. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until browned and slightly detached from the edges.

We prepare a clean kitchen towel, a little bigger than the size of the tray, we sprinkle sugar on its entire surface. We take the cake out of the oven as soon as we have stopped the fire, and with a firm movement we turn it over the towel. We roll it carefully with the help of a towel, and leave it to cool.

We prepare the cream in the meantime. Considering that we have the leche jam ready, we move on to the other ingredients. We grind the nuts finely. Beat the whipped cream with a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, then add cocoa and whiskey cream and mix. Put a tablespoon of whipped cream in the dulce de leche and mix well until the whipped cream is completely incorporated, after which we can pour the dulce de leche over the whipped cream and mix lightly until smooth. At the end, add the ground walnuts and give the cream a little cold.

Gently roll out the roll and put the cream on the entire surface of the worktop, and roll the cake again. Let it cool for at least an hour, then portion as desired. I skipped the cold side because I was pressed for time ... and my cream doesn't have the ideal consistency in the pictures :) But it was very good even so.

The greatest blessing a woman can receive is being a mother. The most beautiful gift you can receive on a day of March 8 is a small voice shouting 'mommy', two gloves that hug you and some kisses on the cheek :). Being a mother is not easy from any point of view. The more beautiful it is, the harder it is. Some mothers try to make their job as easy as possible, but in my opinion it is not possible.
I think any mother wants what's best for her baby. In the last few weeks I have been thinking about what I want for my little girl and I have come to some conclusions. First of all I want it to grow for heaven. I want them to know and love God. I want her to live and behave like a princess, like a King's daughter. To have dignity and to be characterized by purity in all aspects of her life. In a world that is getting dirtier and dirtier every day and struggling to pollute as many lives as possible (and succeeds), I want my little girl to live a clean and holy life. I want the innocence I see now in her eyes not to disappear with the passing of the years.
That's why I can't live anyway. I can't live wrong and dream that I will have a child who will grow up well because it is not so. She is the talent I received from my Master and in which I have to invest my best. I can only do this with His help. I want to do my best to hear from Him one day the words, 'Good, good and faithful servant!' I wish this to all mothers, on the occasion of March 8th.

Wafers with dulche de leche

I discovered this wafer recipe and found it very good. I've already done it twice and I can tell you it's simple and fast. It takes a little longer to prepare the dulce de leche, but even here I found a quick option, I think the fastest possible, but very good.
For dulce de leche we have a can of condensed milk. I haven't tried to make homemade condensed milk cakes so far, so I don't know how and if it comes out. I only tried two options with the one I bought.
The simplest and fastest is the microwave version.
Put the contents of a can in a heat-resistant bowl (the bowl should be quite high compared to the amount of milk, because it will boil and pass by, as happened to me the first time :)) and set the power of the oven in half and even less than half. Here it depends on each oven. The time varies between 16-24 minutes, depending on how thick you want it. For this cake I left it for about 18-19 minutes. It is important that every 5 minutes we mix well with a whisk. In the end it looks something like this:

The necessary ingredients for wafers are:

four small wafer sheets
dulce de leche from a can (approx. 400 gr.) condensed milk
50 gr butter
30 gr nut
100 gr biscuits

Melt the butter and add the leche sweets, walnuts and ground biscuits and mix very well, over low heat, until smooth. Grease the sheets with the cream obtained and we have some delicious wafers :)!

Meringue cake

I didn't have enough cream to put on top, so I made a kind of rose with a knife on the last sheet. It is not the most attractive cake, due to the very crunchy sheets of foam, but it is certainly one of the most delicious.
