A cake very easy to make and successful to eat :))

  • WHEAT:
  • 8 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 100 gr mac
  • CREAM:
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 sachet of vanilla pudding
  • 300 ml liquid cream
  • SYRUP
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • GLAZE:
  • 2 packs of chocolate glazed biscuits

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert cake with poppy seeds, vanilla and biscuits:


Wheat:

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and continue mixing until the foam becomes shiny. Add the yolks, mix, at this point add the flour and baking powder, mix with a spatula from top to bottom to incorporate the flour. At the end we add the poppy seeds, mix the composition and put it in the tray (25x35) on baking paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 Celsius. remove and leave to cool.

Cream:

Part of the milk is boiled with sugar and vanilla essence, the other part is dissolved in vanilla pudding. When the milk starts to boil, pour the pudding and stir continuously so that it does not become lumpy, until it thickens. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Beat the whipped cream and when the cream has cooled, mix it with the whipped cream.

ASSEMBLY:

Cut the top in half, syrup both sides. Put one part of the countertop on the tray, half the cream, the other half the countertop, and on top we put the glazed biscuits.
