Ingredients for Cream Chicken Fillet

Cooking cream baked chicken:

Step 1: Prepare the filet for baking.

We wash the chicken fillet thoroughly in water. Next, using a knife, cut off excess fat and film. Rub the meat with salt, black pepper and other seasonings to your taste. We give the fillet in this form for a while, so that the meat is saturated. 10-15 minutes are enough. Pour a little vegetable or olive oil into the pan, heat it and fry the chicken on both sides to a golden crust over high heat. Keep in mind that at this stage we do not have a goal to cook meat, we only need to brown it. Next, cut it into portioned slices (about 3-4 centimeters thick).

Step 2: Cook the creamy sauce.

Grind hard cheese with a coarse grater. In a bowl, mix it with cream and put on a slow fire. Stir occasionally, bring the sauce to a boil and cook for another 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat and add poppy seeds. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Step 3: Bake the dish.

Pieces of the previously fried chicken fillet are placed in a deep form and pour over the sauce. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees and send our dish to the roasting pan. We bake meat for 20-25 minutes at a stable temperature of 200 degrees. The finished filet will have a pronounced creamy aroma and a beautiful browned appearance.

Step 4: Serve the chicken fillet baked in cream.

We spread the meat in a plate and pour the cream sauce in which it was prepared. Serve to the table with any vegetable side dish, pasta or cereals. Such meat is, in principle, very versatile and can be consumed with any side dish that you like.
